Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An Authority
official may be authorised by the Authority in writing signed by the chairman
of the Authority to give infringement notices.
(2) The Authority
shall issue to each authorised person a certificate in the prescribed form
which he shall produce whenever required to do so by a person to whom he has
given, or is about to give, an infringement notice.
