PETROLEUM PIPELINES ACT 1969 - SECT 36A

36A .         Manner of operating pipelines

                A licensee shall operate the pipeline specified in the licence of which he is the registered holder in a proper and workmanlike manner.

        Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
