Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The register shall
be received by all courts and tribunals as evidence of all matters required or
authorised by this Part to be entered in the register.
(2) The Minister may,
on payment of the prescribed fee, supply copies of or extracts from the
register or of or from any instrument lodged with him under this Part
certified by writing under his hand, and a copy or extract so certified is
admissible in writing in all courts and proceedings without further proof or
production of the original.
(3) The Minister may,
on payment of the prescribed fee by instrument in writing under his hand,
certify that an entry, matter or thing required or permitted by or under this
Part to be made or done has or has not, as the case may be, been made or done
and such a certificate is evidence in all courts and proceedings of the
statements contained in the certificate.
