wilfully —
(a)
makes, causes to be made or concurs in making a false entry in the register;
or
(b)
produces or tenders in evidence a document falsely purporting to be a copy of
or extract from an entry in the register or of or from an instrument lodged
with the Minister under this Part,
commits an offence.
Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
