PETROLEUM PRODUCTS PRICING ACT 1983 - SECT 31

31 .         Limitation period for prosecutions

                A prosecution for an offence against this Act or the Petroleum Retailers Rights and Liabilities Act 1982 must be commenced within 12 months after the date on which the offence was allegedly committed.
