Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts An order or notice
under this Act may be made or given so as to apply, according to its
tenor, to —
(a)
persons generally;
(b) all
or any persons included in a class of persons;
(c) all
or any persons in any area;
(d) any
particular person;
(e) the
sale of petroleum products or supply of a petroleum service or of petroleum
services to a particular person or a class of persons by a particular person;
(f)
petroleum products or petroleum services generally;
(g) any
class of petroleum products or any class of petroleum services;
(h) all
or any petroleum products or petroleum services in any area; or
(i)
specified petroleum products or a specified petroleum
service.
