Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Governor may make
regulations prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to
be prescribed or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or
giving effect to this Act and, in particular —
(a)
creating offences against those regulations and prescribing penalties, not
exceeding —
(i)
in the case of an individual, $20 000; or
(ii)
in the case of a body corporate, $100 000,
in respect of those
offences;
(b)
requiring any information or document required to be given or furnished
thereunder to be verified by statutory declaration.
