PERTH-JOONDALUP RAILWAY ACT 1989 - SECT 4

4 .         Authority for deviation

                Notwithstanding the deviation specified in section 96(1) of the Public Works Act 1902 it shall be lawful to deviate to a distance of 2 kilometres on either side of the line of the railway described in the Schedule.
