Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An occupational
association must provide information to the Council concerning its risk
management strategies if requested to do so by the Council.
(2) An occupational
association must provide an annual report to the Council concerning the
implementation and monitoring of its risk management strategies, the effect of
those strategies and any changes made or proposed to be made to them.
(3) The annual report
of an occupational association is to be incorporated into the annual report of
the Council in such form as the Council determines.
