Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This Act may
be cited as the Public Trustee Act 1941 1 .
(2) This Act shall
come into operation on a day (hereinafter referred to as the appointed day )
to be fixed by proclamation 1 .
