Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Public Trustee
shall keep a separate account for each estate participating in a Fund,
containing a record of the amount and date of each investment made in the Fund
in relation to the estate and the current value of the interest of the estate
calculated in accordance with section 39E(2).
(2) The Public Trustee
shall maintain a register of investments in respect of each Fund and record in
that register —
(a) a
description sufficient to identify every investment made by the Fund and
details of moneys held to the credit of the Fund; and
(b) the
value, determined either by independent valuation or estimated by the Public
Trustee at least once in every 3 months, of every investment held by the
Fund.
