PAY-ROLL TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 2002 - SECT 8

8 .         The tax threshold

        (1)         The annual threshold amount for a financial year beginning on or after 1 July 2003 is $750 000.

        (2)         The monthly threshold amount for a financial year beginning on or after 1 July 2003 is $62 500.
