Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If anything in
this Act or regulations made under it is inconsistent with anything
in —
(a) the
Rail Safety Act 2010 or subsidiary legislation made under it; or
(b) the
Railways (Access) Act 1998 or subsidiary legislation made under it,
the legislation
described in paragraph (a) or (b) prevails.
(2) The powers given
by this Act to a member of the Police Force are in addition to, and do not
limit, the powers that a member of the Police Force would have if this Act had
not been enacted.
