Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may,
on the recommendation of the Trust, make regulations providing for all matters
which by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed or which, in his
opinion, are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or
giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), regulations made under that subsection
may provide for all or any of the matters set out in the Schedule.
