Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A trustee shall be
entitled to such remuneration and to such travelling and other allowances as
are determined in his case by the Minister on the recommendation of the Public
Sector Commissioner.
(2) Acceptance of or
acting in the office of trustee shall not of itself render the provisions of
Part 3 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 , or any other Act
applying to persons as officers of the Public Service applicable to that
trustee or affect or prejudice the application to him of those provisions if
they applied to him at the time of the acceptance of or acting in that office.
