Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Division 4 of
Part 9 of the Land Administration Act 1997 (dealing with the entry
on land required for a public work) applies as if a reference in that Division
to “the Minister” were a reference to the Minister responsible for
the administration of this Act.
(2) Part 10 of
the Land Administration Act 1997 (dealing with compensation) applies in
relation to an act done under subsection (1) as if it had been done under
that Act.
