Act, except as provided therein, affects or prejudices the provisions of the
University of Western Australia Act 1911 , the
University Medical School, Teaching Hospitals, Act 1955 , the
Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927 , or the Cancer Council of Western
Australia Act 1958 3 .
(2) The
Parks and Reserves Act 1895 does not apply to the reserve.
