Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by
this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed,
for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) Where the time
allowed to do an act in connection with a referendum is insufficient, and an
alteration or extension of such time and any alteration of dates consequent
thereon is expedient, the regulations may declare that such alteration shall
be made, and thereupon the same shall be made and take effect accordingly.
