RAILWAYS (ACCESS) ACT 1998 - SECT 22

22 .         Powers in respect of documents etc.

                The Regulator may inspect any book, document or record produced or sent to the Regulator and — 

            (a)         retain it for such reasonable period as the Regulator thinks fit; and

            (b)         make copies of it or any of its contents.
