RESERVES AND ROAD CLOSURE ACT 1977 - SECT 16

16 .         Closure of portion of public road at Spring Street

        (1)         All that portion of road in the City of Perth included in Perth Lot 894 on Lands and Surveys  ² Original Plan 14025 is hereby closed and all rights of way over it shall cease on and from the coming into operation of this Act.

        (2)         The land contained in the road closed by the operation of subsection (1), of this section may be disposed of in such manner as the Governor may approve.
