Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The provisions of
the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006
regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of statutory
authorities apply to and in respect of the Corporation and its operations.
(2) In addition to the
annual report submitted under Part 5 of the
Financial Management Act 2006 , the Corporation is to provide to the
Minister, promptly after each month, a written report of its operations during
that month.
