Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) For the purposes
of the operation of the Commission, this Act is to be read as if it formed
part of the 1968 Act.
(2) The provisions of
this Act are in addition to, and not in derogation of, any provisions of the
1968 Act, except as specifically provided by this Act.
(3) Nothing in the
1968 Act operates to constrain or restrict the exercise of a function
conferred or imposed by or under this Act.
