ROMAN CATHOLIC GERALDTON CHURCH PROPERTY ACT 1925 - SECT 7

7 .         Land titles, registration and fees

                The vesting of any land by this Act in “The Roman Catholic Bishop of Geraldton” shall be registered and noted under the Transfer of Land Act 1893 or the Registration of Deeds Act 1856 , as the case may require, and on the document of title to such land, free of charge.
