Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Property
Industry Advisory Committee may of its own motion or shall at the request of
the chief executive officer, after consulting —
[(a) deleted]
(b) the
person holding or acting in the office of the Chairman of the Commonwealth
Banking Corporation chief executive officer constituted under the
Commonwealth Banks Act 1959 of the Parliament of the Commonwealth; and
[(c)-(e) deleted]
(f) such
other persons as may be prescribed,
make recommendations
to the chief executive officer on the formulation of criteria under
subsection (2).
(2) The chief
executive officer shall from time to time, with the approval of the Minister
and after considering any recommendations made to it under
subsection (1), formulate the criteria in accordance with which
applications received by the chief executive officer under section 131M
are to be decided.
