RAIL FREIGHT SYSTEM ACT 2000 - SECT 105

105 .         Sections 135 and 136 not to apply

                Sections 135 and 136 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 do not apply to —

            (a)         a disposal of an interest in corridor land; or

            (b)         a disposal under Part 2; or

            (c)         any conveyance to give effect to a disposal described in paragraph (a) or (b).
