Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
by order published in the Gazette make any provision that is necessary to
correct any error in a transfer order or a schedule to which a transfer order
refers.
(2) An order under
this section may be made so as to have effect from the transfer time under the
transfer order.
(3) To the extent that
a provision of an order under this section has effect before the day of its
publication in the Gazette , section 24 does not, as a result of that
provision, operate so as —
(a) to
affect, in a manner prejudicial to any person (other than the State, the
Authority, the assignee, or a Minister, officer or agency of the State), the
rights of that person existing before the day of publication; or
(b) to
impose liabilities on any person (other than the State, the Authority, the
assignee, or a Minister, officer or agency of the State), in respect of
anything done or omitted to be done before the day of publication.
