the contrary intention appears —
Authority has the meaning given by section 2
of the Government Railways Act 1904 ;
Authority’s rail freight business means the
business and operations of the Authority involved in the carriage of freight
by rail and the provision and maintenance of facilities for the operation of
railways for the carriage of freight, and it includes the carriage of freight
by road and other activities of the Authority that the business and operations
involve;
corridor land means land that is designated as
corridor land under Part 3;
corridor land order means an order made under
Part 3 to designate land as corridor land or land other than corridor
land (whether or not the order has come into operation).
