Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
by order published in the Gazette make any provision that is necessary to
correct any error in an order under this Division (in this section called the
initial order ) or a schedule to which it refers.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies whether the initial order was made by the Minister
or not.
(3) An order under
this section may be made so as to have effect from the time when the initial
order had effect.
(4) To the extent that
a provision of an order under this section has effect before the day of its
publication in the Gazette , it does not operate so as —
(a) to
affect, in a manner prejudicial to any person (other than the State, the
Authority, or a Minister, officer or agency of the State), the rights of that
person existing before the day of publication; or
(b) to
impose liabilities on any person (other than the State, the Authority, or a
Minister, officer or agency of the State), in respect of anything done or
omitted to be done before the day of publication.
