RESERVE (CONCERT HALL) ACT 1972 - SECT 3

3 .         Parts of reserve may be used for sale and supply of liquor

        (1)         Where, under the authority conferred by an Order in Council made under section 33 of the Land Act 1933 , the City of Perth leases any part of the land contained in Reserve No. 30347 that part of the land and any part or parts of any building or buildings erected on that part of the land may, subject to — 

            (a)         the purposes of the reserve as altered by section 2 of this Act; and

            (b)         the Liquor Control Act 1988 ,

                be used for the sale and supply of liquor.

        (2)         In this section the expression “liquor” has the same meaning as it has in and for the purposes of the Liquor Control Act 1988 .
