ROTTNEST ISLAND AUTHORITY ACT 1987 - SECT 50

50 .         Transitional and savings provisions

        (1)         Schedule 2 shall have effect.

        (2)         Sections 36, 37 and 38 of the Interpretation Act 1984 apply, in relation to the dissolution of the Board, as if this Act were an Act repealing the Parks and Reserves Act 1895 .
