Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A member or any
officer of the Authority is not personally liable for any act done or omitted
to be done in good faith by the Authority or by him acting in his official
capacity.
(2) In
subsection (1) officer includes any employee of the Authority, an
honorary ranger under section 28(1)(b) and a police officer acting as an
ex officio ranger under section 28(2).
(3)
Subsection (1) has effect subject to the Statutory Corporations
(Liability of Directors) Act 1996 .
