Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A proclamation made
under section 27(5) as enacted before the coming into operation of
section 3 of the Rights in Water and Irrigation Amendment Act 1984 1
and in force immediately before the coming into operation of that section
shall —
(a) in
the case of a proclamation under paragraph (a) or (b) thereof,
be deemed to have been made under section 6(3)(a);
(b) in
the case of a proclamation under paragraph (c) thereof, be deemed to have
been made under section 6(3)(b),
and a reference
in any such proclamation to this Part shall be read as a reference to this
Division.
