WHEREAS —
(a) the
land comprised in Reserve 9366 is set apart for the purpose of
“University Endowment” and vested in The University of Western
Australia; and
(b) The
University of Western Australia has consented to the excision of part of that
land for use as the site of the second university proposed to be established
in the State under an Act and to be called “Murdoch University”.
