Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If a registrar is
to fix a hearing and summons a person to the hearing, the registrar is
to —
(a) fix
a day, time and place for the hearing;
(b)
prepare a summons in the prescribed form;
(c)
cause the summons to be served on the person; and
(d)
notify all other parties of the hearing.
(2) If the registrar
is to fix a hearing that is to be held in the absence of one party, the
registrar is to —
(a) fix
a day, time and place for the hearing; and
(b)
notify the party who is to be present of the hearing.
