REGISTRATION OF DEEDS ACT 1856 - SECT 1

1 .         Application of Act

                No memorial may be registered pursuant to this Act in respect of any land, whether Crown, freehold or leasehold, that is under the operation of the Transfer of Land Act 1893 .
