Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts That any act, matter
or thing under this Act done by a person who has held or holds the office of
Registrar of Titles under the Transfer of Land Act 1893 , before the
coming into operation of the Registration of Deeds Ordinance Amendment
Act 1974 1 , shall be deemed to have been done by the Registrar of
Deeds and Transfers.
