section 6 shall be served personally on the debtor named in the summons
not less than 7 days before the day on which he is summoned to appear,
and shall be accompanied by a copy of —
(a) the
application upon which the summons was issued; and
(b) the
affidavit or, if there be more than one, every affidavit in support of the
application.
