Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Regulations may be
made to deal with anomalies arising from a difference between what this Act
identifies as a person’s demerit point registry jurisdiction and what
applies according to a corresponding concept under the law of another
jurisdiction.
(2) Regulations made
for that purpose may modify the operation of this Part.
