Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where any provision of
this Act is proclaimed to come into operation prior to the date fixed under
section 4 for the repeal of section 22 of the Traffic Act 1919
, any reference in the first-mentioned provisions of this Act (other than
section 13) to a member of the Police Force shall, until section 22
of the Traffic Act 1919 is repealed, be construed as including a
reference to a traffic inspector or assistant inspector appointed under that
section.
