Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A vehicle licence
for an omnibus shall during any time that the omnibus is under repair,
authorise the holder of the licence, with the previous consent of the Director
General, to substitute another vehicle for the omnibus under repair, and to
operate the same during such period as the first-mentioned omnibus is under
repair and not being operated.
(2) The consent in
writing of the Director General referred to in subsection (1), shall only
be given on payment by the licensee to the Director General of a fee of $1.
