Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts No liability shall
attach to the Commissioner or any delegate of the Commissioner, or any officer
of the Department for any act or omission by the Commissioner, the delegate,
or the officer in good faith and in the performance or purported performance
of the functions of the Commissioner or the Department under this Act.
