Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister shall
carry out, or cause to be carried out, a review of the operation of this Act
as soon as practicable after the expiration of 5 years from the coming
into operation of Part 3 of the Real Estate Legislation Amendment
Act 1995 1 .
(2) The Minister shall
prepare a report based on his review of this Act and shall as soon as
practicable after the preparation thereof, cause the report to be laid before
each House of Parliament.
