ROAD TRAFFIC (VEHICLES) (TAXING) ACT 2008 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

                This Act comes into operation as follows:

            (a)         sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;

            (b)         section 3 — on the day fixed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 2(b).
