Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Despite the specific
authorisation of this Act, a person who is the owner of or interested in any
land which is injured or damaged by any works carried out by reason of the
authority of this Act shall not be deprived of any right to recover damages
with respect to that injury or damage to that land that the owner might
otherwise have had but for this Act.
