RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1992 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

                The provisions of this Act shall come into operation on such day as is fixed by proclamation and in any event shall come into effect if not proclaimed, 6 months after Royal Assent  ¹ .
