Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) For the purposes
of this Part, a person who hires out goods as a business is called a
commercial hire business .
(2) It is immaterial
whether or not hiring out the goods is the principal business of the person or
is ancillary to some other form of business, and whether or not any such
principal or ancillary business is carried on wholly or partly outside Western
Australia.
