STAMP ACT 1921 - SECT 93

93 .         Insurers to be registered

        (1)         On becoming an insurer, the insurer must apply to be registered under section 93A.

        (2)         An application for registration must be made in an approved form on or before the 21 ^st day after the end of the month in which the insurer became an insurer.

        Penalty: $20 000.
