criminal proceedings brought under this Act or otherwise with respect to any
seed or seed lot that has been, or any sample of which has been, analysed
under this Act, parol evidence that any person is a seed analyst or an
inspector or other officer upon whom authority is conferred under this Act
shall be sufficient.
