Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Trust may, by
instrument in writing, designate an officer of the Trust or other officer of a
public authority as an inspector.
(2) An inspector may
perform such of the functions of an inspector as may be specified in his or
her instrument of designation.
(3) The Trust may
revoke a designation under subsection (1) at any time.
(4) A police officer
is ex officio an inspector.
