SWAN AND CANNING RIVERS MANAGEMENT ACT 2006 - SECT 9

9 .         Swan Canning Riverpark

                A reference in this Act to the Riverpark is a reference to the land and waters that are —

            (a)         within the catchment area; and

            (b)         within the area for the time being described in Schedule 2.
